Review by hotel critic
As an environmental scientist with a keen eye for sustainable travel options, my recent stay at Heritage provided an interesting perspective on luxury versus value. The breakfast, though indulgent, felt a bit overpriced, making it more of a rare treat than a regular occurrence. The car valet service was convenient, and the reception staff was warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience. The tower room offered a splendid view, though the trek from the reception was a bit of a hike. The classic room decor exuded elegance, with a notably comfortable bed. While communication with the property manager was efficient, the varying quality of the rooms was noticeable—highlighting differences in amenities. The pools were a highlight, especially the recently renovated rooftop pool, offering a relaxing retreat. Ultimately, Heritage strikes a balance between luxury and cost, ideal for those seeking a comfortable stay with a few added indulgences.
